Supradyn Magnesium and Potassium Powder Sachets
Supradyn Magnesium and Potassium Powder Sachets
Don’t wilt in the heat! Supradyn Magnesium and Potassium is a unique multivitamin designed to keep your energy levels up in the summer. The effervescent powder sachets contain minerals we lose through our sweat, as well as vitamins B1, B6, B9, B12, and vitamin C, which help combat fatigue so you don’t feel so exhausted in the heat. Magnesium helps restore electrolyte balance and potassium helps regulate blood pressure and contributes to normal muscle function. Adults and teenagers over 14 should dissolve the orange-flavoured content of one sachet in water at breakfast time and set themselves up to stay cool and energised even on the hottest of days.

Magnesium and Potassium
Magnesium and Potassium are vital for health, as they take part in essential processes within the body cells. Keeping those minerals balanced helps maintain adequate level of energy and proper functioning of neural, muscular and cardiovascular systems. During hot days, vitamins and minerals are excreted through sweat. For this reason, keeping hydrated and replenishing vitamins and minerals during hot and long summer days is an absolute must.

Some of the water-soluble vitamins in Supradyn® are at levels above the RDA (Recommended Daily or Dietary Allowance) but they are all present at levels below the Upper Safe Levels (UL)2-4.
The RDA of vitamins is the recommended amount required to maintain health.
The UL refers to the highest level of chronic daily nutrient intake by the general healthy population, at which no risk of adverse health effects is to be expected.
The recommended dose of Supradyn® is one to two tablets/capsules/gummy/stick pack per day, depending on galenic form.
Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
If taken as directed, Supradyn® is safe for long-term use.
Supradyn® is not an energy booster. It does not contain stimulants, such as caffeine.
The vitamin and mineral stores, which have been lowered over a long period of time, will take time to be replenished.
This supplement should therefore be taken daily over a period of at least three to six weeks. It can also be safely taken for longer than this, to prevent depletion of stores again.
A study in 2010 showed Supradyn® improved cognitive function, fatigue and accuracy during extended multi-tasking in otherwise healthy females. Homocysteine levels, a sign of potential health problems such as heart disease and Alzheimer’s, were also lowered.
