Fresh peach sorbet

  • 5 medium-size ripe peaches 
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Cut the peaches into small cubes. Transfer them to a freezer bag or a container, put in the freezer and leave for at least 6 hours or overnight.
