Nutritious baked oatmeal for a good sleep

Going to bed with an empty or overfilled stomach doesn’t guarantee a good night of sleep, quite the opposite. This recipe is a perfect solution for a late night meal, which provides a great nutritional value, tastes wonderfully calming and will put you gently to sleep. Oats are among the most nutrient-dense foods you can eat. They’re packed with important vitamins, minerals, antioxidant plant compounds and beta-glucan which is responsible for increased growth of good bacteria in the digestive tract.
